If the size of your wedding is larger than 80 people, and include the listed under Decoration Services, a second Take Down Service provider may be required, dependant on time constraints.


Your decorations will be safely packed in the boxes, tote bins, or other carrying bags you supply and packed into your vehicle or trailer that you have supplied for us.

We can do Take Down for your ceremony and reception, or one on it's own.

If the size of your wedding is larger than 80 people, and includes the following;​

  •    Chair Covers & Sashes

  •    Table Cloths & Runners

  •    Centrepieces

  •    Backdrops

  •    Other Decor - candy buffet, dessert table, photo booth set up, whiskey barrels


A second Decorator may be required. This is subject to the time restraints of your venue. We are available to do decorating in the evening the night before your wedding as well.


We can do decorating for your ceremony and reception, or we can decorate for either one on it's own. There are no restrictions, you don't have to hire us to decorate for your ceremony AND reception, you can hire us for your ceremony or your reception!
